Steel Shot Steel Shot is durable in nature due to its low friability, the impact of blasting actually further tempers the shot so that its hardness increases over time, allowing the media to deliver consistent, repeatable performance over hundreds of cycles. It is an extremely low breakdown rate; even no dust is produced in the manufacturing process. Delivering high-impact energy and fast cleaning rates, Steel Shot is used to produce very bright finishing. Application of steel shots are used in: Automotive Construction Foundry Office machines Stone cutting Mining Plastic abrasive Plastic abrasive is suited for blasting on softer substrates and commonly used for the deflashing of plastic components, mold cleaning, the removal and cleaning of anti-corrosion coatings, hydrocarbon deposits, waxes, adhesives, and sealants. Using plastic abrasives has been proven to significantly reduce the generation of hazardous waste that using wet chemical strippers can cause. In addition, the use of plastic abrasives has proven to be faster, less damaging to the substrate and much less expensive than wet chemicals. Since the plastic abrasive is harder than the coatings to be removed, yet softer than the substrate, coatings can actually be stripped three or four times without damage to the surface. Chilled Iron Grits Chilled Iron shots made by us according to industrial parameters are extensively utilized for the cleaning purpose in foundries and molding for sand removal. Further, these spend for cleaning purposes of kettles and coppers, the component for ship weight or weight of fisher’s nets and filler for strong-rooms. We also offer chilled iron grits, which is a white iron structure formed of superior grade broken iron shot of high rigidity, a very tough, sharp angle.

Abrasive Silicon Carbide Grit
90 /kg - 200 /kg

Silicon carbide grit can efficiently cut and grind materials because to its sharp edges. As a result of the sharp edges, it may be used for engraving and etching. Silicon carbide grit has a Mohs hardness of 9.5, making it one of the hardest materials ever discovered. Since it is more durable than the bulk of other abrasives, it may be used to cut and grind hard materials like metals and ceramics. Since silicon carbide grit is so durable, it may be used several times before needing to be replaced. It is therefore a cost-effective abrasive substance.

Abrasive Quartz Sand
10-30 /kg

Quartz Sand Powder is another name for Silica sand. The chemical term and formula for silicon dioxide, which constitutes the two primary components of silica sand, are respectively silicon and oxygen (SiO2). Indian law forbids the use of silica abrasive sand or Fine quartz sand powder. The government is taking action against quartz sand powder because it is not environmentally friendly, also known as silica sand.
