Manual Bag dust collector with shaker cleaning is made for filtering solid particles and a variety of air volume applications. Install without taking up important floor space, whether inside or outside the building. For optimal energy savings, clean air may be recycled back into the building thanks to the 99% efficiency filter.

Equipment like the Manual Bag type dust collector or bag house dust collection system is made to control dry dust from activities like grinding and sand Blasting Machine and shot blasting machine process effectively and economically. Most of the time, mild to moderate concentrations of dry contaminants are collected using this shaker-type dust collector. To reduce the cost of maintenance and filter replacement, the bag house dust collector comes with a manual bag shaker cleaning system.

The manual bag dust collector P series is intended for collecting air products from solid and powder material storage and transport devices such as storage silos, transfer points, on transport, telescopic handling devices, or other technologies after consulting the manufacturer.

Manual Bag Dust Collector Operation Principle

This manual bag dust collectors are intended to give you general instructions to help with the setup, use, and maintenance of your equipment. The Ambica Enterprises is a pulse-jet, fabric filter, air cleaning device that allows clean air to be expelled while removing particulates from dusty air. The heavier particulates fall into the hopper because they experience a drop in velocity as air enters through the hopper entrance. The leftover dust is sent upward in the direction of the filter bags, where it collects on the filters and can be drained while still being clean. The effectiveness of the filter bags rises as dust builds up on the filters and a dust cake forms.

Manual Bag Dust Collector unit and its functions

The Manual Bag Dust Collector Unit is built as a cabinet that is fastened to the sideboards with bolts. A partition containing the fixtures for the filtering components divides the clean side from the dust-contaminated side. The roller inserts with internal perforated sheet metal reinforcement are one of the filtration components. For attaching to the partition, they are sealed in the fixture head's top and lower halves, respectively. To allow quick replacement of the filter cartridges without the need for special tools, the connection is secured with a clip. After opening the inspection doors on the dust collection side, the filter cartridges are accessible.

An integrated cleaning system, or JET-PULS Manual Bag dust collector, is part of the filtration chamber's upper section and is used to continuously regenerate the filter cartridges. An attached air accumulator with electromagnetic membrane valves is part of the filtration chamber side. An independent control unit is used to operate the valves. Depending on the kind of ejected dust and the air collector load, the size and frequency of the pulses can be changed.

A suction flange is present in the filtration chamber's upper portion. It enables mounting an independent fan on the flange or connecting the air conditioning piping from the central valve.

The upper section of the suction unit has an attached safety under-pressure valve that automatically prevents container overload caused by high under-pressure when Manual Bag dust collector is used to suction silos and cisterns under pressure (with its own fan). A nut located right on the valve can be used to adjust the amount of permissible under-pressure. The flange is sealed to serve as the under-pressure valve's fixture if it is not in use. It is possible to verify the condition of the clean space behind the filter cartridges by removing the sealing sheet metal, or valve.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

A Manual Bag dust collector cleans the air in your facility by removing dust, grime, debris, gases, and chemicals, which has various advantages.
What is mechanical manual bag dust collector?
Large particles can be separated from a flue gas stream using mechanical Manual bag dust collectors, also known as cyclones or multi clone. Mechanical collectors are particle control tools that gather pollutants using centrifugal force, gravity settling, and inertia.
What is a 2 stage Manual bag dust collector?
A blower, a second stage after filter, and a first stage cyclone make up a two-stage dust collector. The dust-laden air enters a cone-shaped tank called a cyclone separator. Due to their inertia, the dust particles travel in the direction of the separator's outer wall.
