Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine

Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine is named so because in this type of machine components will be hanged on the hanger and can be rotated, components are rotating so it is also called a spinner hanger shot blasting machine. In spinner hanger shot blasting machine or hook type shot blasting machine hangers are mounted on the doors of the shot blasting cabinet. For the blasting operation, the door of the machine is opened where blasting is done and components are loaded onto the hanger. The door is then closed and the blast wheel system is turned on. Two Nos. of blast wheel stations are strategically arranged around the cabinet, firing abrasive media or material on rotating components loaded on the hanger in the spinner hanger shot blasting machine. In a hook-type shot blasting machine, the components are shot blasted uniformly all around the spinning hanger, efficiently cleaning the components. The blast wheel is turned off after the blast cleaning cycle is completed, and the door is opened manually for component unloading.

Closed Loop Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine

Close Loop Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine consists close-loop conveyor system which consists of 6 No's (or more as per requirement) of chain-driven trolleys with fixtures to hold the hangers. The components or pieces to be shot blasted are put on these hangers and then taken one by one into the blast chamber by the chain-driven mechanism system for blasting. Blast wheel stations are strategically placed throughout the cabinet, and high-velocity abrasive material is shot on a spinning hanger that houses shot blasting machine components. The components are shot blasted in an even pattern all around. The blast wheel is turned off once the blast cleaning cycle is completed, and the hanger is removed for the unloading of a component in the spinner hanger blast machine. As a result, the procedure continues with the placement of the next hanger on the chain-driven trolley. 

Y-type Hanger Shot Blasting Machine

The door of the machine is opened automatically or manually and components or pieces are loaded onto the trolley mounted hanger. The door is then closed and the blast wheel system is operated in a spinner hanger blast machine or hook-type shot blasting machine. The abrasive at high speed falls upon the components on the rotating hanger, hanger rotates in both clockwise & Anti-clockwise directions and for a definite time period set by the operator, and thus blast cleans the components thoroughly. After the blast cleaning cycle is over, the blast wheel is shut off and the door is opened and the hanger moves out for unloading pieces or blasting surfaces. At the instant time, another hanger on the Y-track moves in for blasting purposes.

Door type Hanger Shot Blasting Machine

The components of an indoor type Hanger Shot Blasting Machine are hung and rotated on the machine's gate or door so that blasting can be done from all sides. The hanger is fixed on the shot blasting machine's doors in this machine. The machine's door is opened manually or pneumatically for the blasting process, and then components are put onto the door hanger. The door is then shut and the blast wheel system is turned on. Abrasive media such as copper slag, cut wire shot, glass beads, and many more are propelled on spinning components by blast wheel stations strategically placed around the cabinet. On the revolving hanger, the components are shot blasted uniformly all around, blast cleaning the components or parts stacked on them. After the blast cleaning cycle is over, the door is opened for the unloading of components which can be done manually or automatically.
