Portable Sandblasting Machine Price in India

A portable sandblasting machine, as mentioned in the name, means that you can move this machine from one place to another easily. Sandblasting Machines, are used for blasting cleaning. Thus, we can say that portable sandblasters are used to remove paint, corrosion, rust, and other surface pollutants from cars, houses, machinery, and almost any other surface. And, portable sand blasting machines are safe and high-productivity systems designed for used with a wide range of abrasive media. So, sandblasting operation is performed on metals, glass, stones, etc.

The portable sandblasting machine price also depends on the operating method of the sandblasting machine. Medium-capacity sandblasting machines or automatic sandblasting machines have medium-sized blasting pots.

Portable sandblasting machine components & importance:

Air compressor + selected abrasive garnet + portable sandblasting machine+ appropriate sandblasting nozzle + on/off control + blast surface = removal of dust particles from the blast surface.

as you can see in the picture, a portable sandblasting machine mainly consists by:

  • Air compressor
  • Blasting Hodge
  • Blasting Hopper
  • Blasting Nozzle

They have their own role and importance in the blasting process. So here we will see what their importance and role is.

Working Principle of Portable Sandblasting Machine

Whether it is sandblasting machine or a portable sandblaster, both operate on the pressure blasting principle. This means, blasting media comes out of the blasting nozzle with high pressure. We can control the blasting by controlling the pressure. It consists of a blast generator. The abrasives are filled at the top of the machine when the machine is not working and the blast generator is not pressurized. At the top, a vibrating sieve is provided to sieve the abrasive filled. The oversized abrasive and debris are held on the screen, thus checking the choking of the blast line.

When the mushroom plug is opened the abrasive will get carried to blast generator for blasting. The mushroom valve gets closed when compressed air is turned on and the abrasive storage tank becomes pressurized, for free fall of abrasive into the mixing tube. From the mixing tube, the abrasive is carried away by compressed air to the blasting nozzle for blasting. The Blast Generator is made from the MS Steel plate of a width not less than 6 mm as per IS-2825.

Uses and Advantages:

  • It can be used to exclude old paint, smooth a rough surface, or give shape to an object. Old and faded facades are also cleaned by sandblasting.
  • Use of sandblasting It helps to preserve the use and longevity of your metal pipes and furniture made by metals and fittings.
  • It helps to rejuvenate the material and make it look new again.
  • It allows you to access corners and areas that are difficult to reach.
  • It helps to fix the surface for subsequent stoning and polishing.
  • It saves time and is more efficient than sandpaper.
  • This process does not make use of complex machinery.
  • The powerful action of sandblasting removes sediments even from tough surfaces like concrete.

Portable Sandblasting Machine Price in India

We have been doing this work for the last 15 years. Ambica Enterprises is the best in manufacturing portable sand blasting machines in India at reliable price. Making a sandblasting machine is not a complex process but it's working perfectly or not, it's very important. So, it needs experience and knowledge of various sand blasting components, abrasive media, or materials and their application for cleaning different surfaces. We manufacture Portable sandblasters and the concern is extremely affordable and highly secure.

Note: We are the leading Sandblasting machine manufacturer in India that offers the complete automatic grit blasting machine, Sandblasting machine, Shot blasting machine, and abrasive media with the R&D at a low price.

What is the difference between shot blasting and sandblasting?

Shot blasting and sandblasting are both methods used for surface preparation, but they use different materials and techniques. Shot blasting involves propelling abrasive materials, such as steel shot or grit, at high speeds to clean or prepare surfaces. Sandblasting, on the other hand, uses sand or other abrasive media propelled by compressed air to achieve similar results.

While shot blasting is typically used for harder surfaces and produces a more uniform finish, sandblasting is often employed for softer materials or delicate surfaces.

What is a sandblaster?

A sandblaster is a device used for sandblasting, a process of propelling abrasive materials against a surface using compressed air. The sandblaster consists of a nozzle connected to an air compressor, a container or hopper for holding the abrasive material (such as sand), and a blasting gun to direct the abrasive stream onto the surface being treated.

Sandblasters are commonly used in industries such as automotive, construction, and manufacturing for surface cleaning, rust removal, paint stripping, and surface texturing.

What is sandblasting?

Sandblasting is a surface preparation technique that involves propelling abrasive materials, such as sand, glass beads, or walnut shells, against a surface using compressed air. This process is used to remove rust, paint, scale, and other contaminants from surfaces, as well as to create a textured or matte finish. Sandblasting is commonly used in various industries, including automotive, construction, marine, and manufacturing, for tasks such as cleaning, stripping, deburring, and etching surfaces.
