Pneumatic Shot Blasting Machine

Tumblast Shot Blasting Machine
Tumblast shot blasting machine arrives with a motorized tumbler fitted to an endless belt in the blast chamber, to form a cupped-shaped tumble. It runs at the same velocity through gear assembly. Object or the surface is loaded on the belt manually or automatically through an automatic loader it depends on the operation done in the industries. Here, blasting (cleaning, finishing of object or the surface) is done through a centrifugal blast wheel mounted on top of the blast cabinet. Abrasive material or also known as media is transferred through the perforated belt to the hopper and further to the bucket elevator via a screw conveyor. A media separation system is deployed to separate dust and usable abrasive media, which is fed again to the blast wheel for reusability.
Rotary Barrel Type Shot Blasting Machine
The rotary barrel-type shot blasting machine is probably the smallest one in the family of Airless shot blasting machine, and a miniature version of Tumblast shot blasting machine (power consumption is very low 5 HP). It is specially manufactured for cleaning Small or Medium size steel iron grit, steel shots, Alloy, and Non-Ferrous Casting, Forging, Heat treated Parts, etc. Hence it is ideally used for foundries, forging systems, and small job shops where less space is required and economic production is a major concern.
The Machine has a rotary barrel type (Size: 649 mm Dia x 625 mm Length) with a thick perforated rubber sheet. The door is opened and components are fed into the machine. The rotary barrel rotates at very low rpm and tumbling action, which also ensures the safety of the component being blasted. The powerful Blast wheel fires shots on the component surface and uniform & even blasting are done. The blasting machine is being controlled by the control panel and electronic timer. Swing Table Type Shot Blasting Machine

Used abrasive material or also known as media is moved from the hopper of the cabinet to the bucket elevator and then through a media separation system to the blast wheel again, and the cycle is repeated again and again for the continuous working of the blasting machine.
